Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients, as well as generating new business to achieve our growth targets. This role offers the flexibility of working from home with regular client visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention. The current portfolio generates approximately £400K PA of quality work.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve a growth target of £200K - £400K PA over the next three years.
-Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to clients in the South and London areas to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the printing industry.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Location: Based out of our Sevenoaks office with the flexibility to travel for client visits.
Compensation:
Salary: Competitive basic package.
Bonus/Incentive Scheme: Performance-based incentives to reward achievement of sales targets.
